金属材料的生锈腐蚀在日常生产生活中比比皆是，由此而造成的事故也屡见不鲜，由此每年造成国民经济的损失约占GDP的10%左右，腐蚀可为金属零件的断裂提供条件，甚至直接导致断裂的发生；腐蚀按照形态：点腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀；按照腐蚀机理分为：化学腐蚀、电化学腐蚀。某种材料是否腐蚀取决于“环境-材料”体系的特征，也就是说，同一种材料在不同的环境中，其耐腐蚀性是不同的。故而人们想到了在金属表面进行表面处理工艺来防止金属材料快速腐蚀；我们需要一种方式来评估金属材料表面防腐层的耐腐蚀性能；而盐雾试验正是其中一种方式对此进行评估的方式，SGS依据GB/T 10125-2012标准推出人造气氛腐蚀试验---盐雾试验。

样品要求：试样测试前应检查无划痕、油污、汗渍；送样时应包装完好，防止划伤等。
